Take your Eyes off from the Computer Screen!

People working in front of computer screen for long hours need to pay attention to this as it may help them in relaxing their eyes and protecting their vision to see the beautiful world. If you are a computer freak and love to spend time in surfing the web, shopping online, playing games and working then you need to give some time to your eyes even as they are getting strained.

Computer eyestrain is gradually leading to Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) that is affecting the people right from their early stages of life. This eyestrain can be relieved by performing certain eye exercises such as keeping the computer screen at a proper distance, taking short breaks while working, using eye drops, using UV-protected optical and many more.

There has been a drastic increase in the number of people using eyeglasses and contact lenses in the last decade. Though this is good for opticians as far as their business is concerned but, is not good for us as we are keeping our eyes at stake. So, adapting a few changes in your lifestyle would definitely help you in protecting your eyes from adverse conditions.

Several modes for relieving eye stress can be considered such as using eye chart, blinking your eyes frequently, zooming, near & far focussing, palming, etc.
